Welcome to the Blackwater Valley Cycle Route! In the coming months this website will provide information about the route and also of the culture, the history, activities and accomodation along the route. You will also find detailed maps of the route which can be freely downloaded and information on where to hire bikes.

The route will be fully signed with map boards (see above) in 18 towns and villages along the way. The route will also be marked through fingerposts (see below) and by small markers with an arrow to help cyclists find their way.
