Official launch of INTERREG D.A.R.T. programme

Blackwater Resource Development are partners with ECAD in an INTERREG IIIB project- Developing Airport Related Tourism. The other regions involved are Simmern in Germany near Frankfurt Hahn and Prestwick in Scotland. Billy Mulqueen, Chairperson of Blackwater Holidays will be attending the official launch.
