Blackwater Resource Development is an independent community owned and run company, which receives it’s operational mandate from it’s Board of Directors. Due emphasis is placed on achieving cohesion, focus and balance with regard to sectoral, community, statutory and geographic interests.

Blackwater Resource Development currently employs six full-time staff.
